To ensure we provide the best possible service and maintain clear communication, please review our terms and conditions below:
Targeted Treatment Approach: To ensure effective and efficient pest control, our technicians will focus treatment on the infected or affected areas of your property as identified during the assessment. We believe in a targeted approach to minimize chemical use and maximize efficacy, rather than treating the entire property unnecessarily.
Service Request Hours: We process service requests and complaints during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. For your convenience, you can submit requests anytime via our website contact form or by emailing us at info@lexhygiene.com. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
Complaint Resolution Timeline: Once your complaint or service request is officially registered, we aim to resolve it within 24 to 48 business hours. Please note that our field operations and complaint resolution services are active Monday to Friday only. We do not schedule or resolve complaints on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or public holidays.
Additional Points to Consider:
Emergency Services: For urgent pest issues outside of our standard business hours, we offer emergency call-out services. Please note that an emergency call-out charge of Rs. 1000 + GST will apply for these services. To request emergency assistance, please call us directly.
Customer Responsibilities: To facilitate effective treatment and ensure your safety, we kindly request that you:
- Prepare the Area: Before our technicians arrive, please ensure that the affected areas are cleared and accessible. This may involve clearing floors, emptying cabinets, or moving furniture as advised during booking.
- Post-Treatment Precautions: After treatment, specific instructions will be provided regarding ventilation requirements and safe re-entry periods. It’s crucial to follow these guidelines to ensure the efficacy of the treatment and the safety of occupants and pets.
- Provide Access: An authorized individual must be present at the property at the scheduled time to grant our technicians access and provide any necessary information. Delays or inability to access the property may result in rescheduling and potential charges.
Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments via UPI, Cash, and major Credit Cards.
Warranty/Guarantee: Any specific warranty or guarantee provided for our services will be explicitly mentioned on your invoice/bill. Please note that our warranty, if applicable, covers re-treatment of the initially affected areas only and does not extend to treating the entire property unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability: While Lexhygiene is committed to providing effective and professional pest control services, our liability for any damages or losses arising from our services is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, conditions not directly caused by our technicians, or any damages resulting from a customer’s failure to follow our instructions or recommendations.

Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving any concerns our customers may have fairly and efficiently. Should you encounter any issues or dissatisfaction with our services, please contact our customer support team immediately.
